As an SAP Success Factors Functional Consultant at Accenture, you will be a key member of our SAP delivery projects, operating as a functional expert across Success Factors modules. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business and functional requirements, translate them into robust Success Factors design documents, and ensure that solutions are configured to deliver maximum value.

Your deep knowledge of SAP Success Factors and your ability to interpret client needs will play a pivotal role in designing effective and efficient solutions. In addition to hands-on configuration, this role offers the opportunity to lead functional workstreams or small teams on longer-term projects.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Serve as the functional expert for Employee Central and Time Off & Time Tracking modules.

• Lead a workstream and/or support the design, configuration, testing and deployment of EC and Time Off & Time Tracking functionality.

• Work with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into solution designs and configuration.

• Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, compensation templates and eligibility rules according to best practices.

• Support data migration, integrations (e.g. to Payroll, Finance, Talent modules) and security design as part of the overall solution.

• Produce high-quality functional specifications, design documents and end-user documentation.

• Participate in client workshops, presentations and training sessions.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.

• Provide guidance to junior consultants and support knowledge transfer within the team.

• Experienced consultant with strong hands-on SAP Success Factors knowledge in Employee Central and Compensation modules.

• Proven track record of delivering at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of EC and/or Compensation.

• SAP Success Factors Employee Central and Time Off certifications are essential.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with both business and technical teams.

• Business Development: Support business development efforts, including pre-sales activities, proposal creation, and solution presentations to prospective clients.

• AI and HR Technology Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in AI and HR technology, leveraging these innovations to drive value for client

• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.

• Exposure to integrations, data migration and reporting is an advantage.
