Position Overview:

Are you an experienced Frontend developer with a strong background in JavaScript and a budding interest in Service Now? We are looking for aspiring Service Now developers with at least two years of frontend development experience and interest in Service Now to join our expanding team. You will be part of a core team responsible for the customization, rollout, and maintenance of the Client Service Now platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of Service Now solutions, including system configuration and development of custom features.

• Support technical consulting and quality assurance activities

• Follow implementation standards and technical best practices.

• Provide expertise on technical questions related to the Service Now platform.

• Understand business needs and help standardize processes in design and deliverables

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in frontend development with a focus on JavaScript.

• Introductory experience with Service Now and / or ongoing Service Now trainings.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
