For our

  • Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC)** team in **Baar, we are looking for an independent, communicative and positive personality to join us as an Team Lead Diabetes Care

  • West Switzerland

  • Major Accountabilities

  • Promotion of ADC products and services to target secondary and primary care accounts, key clinical & market access customers

  • Leading and empowering the team to achieve targets

  • Consistently achieves set call metrics of target accounts/customers (field days, target coverage and frequency etc.) to maximize sales

  • Identify the key stakeholders within the target accounts

  • Upgrading patients onto ADC brands and ensuring the collation of all patient information ensuring effective retention of patients

  • Develop a level of expertise and knowledge of diabetes therapy area that makes you a respected expert

  • Territory Management, customer selling and relationship management.

  • Guidance and assistance of dedicated customers regarding Glucose Sensors and Health Care Management Software.

  • Supports health care professionals/accounts involved in processing customer trainings regarding ADC products.

  • Develops supports and ensure effective key opinion leader management (KOL).

  • Development of strategy plans for deployment of key customers.

  • Realization of territorial training events. Active participation at patient and HCP events, such as congresses and education programs.

  • Daily reporting via CRM System and customer data management.

  • Self-employed planning and execution of customer events (Health Care Professionals and/or patients).

  • Prepares and supports launch of new products / technologies

Qualification
REQUIRED:

  • Primary degree and/or relevant industry sales experience. Other experience as determined by the specific role needs and stakeholder alignment (distinction between primary and specialty care reps).
  • Medical Representative or a medical education or experience of medical product selling skills preferred.
    PREFERRED:
  • Primary degree, preferably science/nursing/nutrition and/or relevant industry sales experience.
  • Certificate of attendance selling workshops.
  • Traceable experience and selling skills in similar position preferred. Experience as Sales Representative and team lead.
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of customer/disease area requirements.
  • Excellent communication / organization skills required.
  • Results and Action Oriented
  • Driven to excel and capable of inspiring others to excellence as well. Accepts the accountability for results of the team and provides clear direction with input from others.
  • Fluent i n French, good German and English language skills
