Job Summary:
The Facilities Manager, SEA Facilities Management provides oversight and cross site leadership within Abbott's Corporate Engineering Global Facility Operations governance structure. Serves as the Facility Management lead across multiple sites and divisions within SEA. Ensures key performance indicators, service levels, and contract obligations are achieved for all sites within SEA. Leads and participates in development of Country strategy and execution of programs that deliver tangible improvements within SEA Countries.
Successful candidate will be station in Singapore report to Regional Manager, Asia.

Main Responsibilities
-
Responsible Planning, execution and delivery on SEA GFO Capex & Opex
-
Deliver & execute SEA GFO projects and savings plan
-
Liaise with site BACs, GFO Site leads to achieve and maintain required service levels and KPI for assigned country
-
Single contact point with Site BACs, internal functional organizations, and Division Directors for Stragic planning
-
Strategize and implement UEx & Mex per GFO directions
-
Responsible for Master Occupancy planning, for future growth and most efficient space plan
-
Shares opportunities, achievements, Lessons Learned etc. with counterparts in other countries and with regional Lead
-
Delivers continuous improvements across the SEA region network to sustain operational excellence and best practices
-
Aligns metrics reporting with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to achieve and maintain required service levels in all countries with SEA
-
Effectively communicates information to all sites within SEA country and proactively escalates issues and opportunities within the Asia Commercial FM governance structure

Coordinates with Corporate functions related to facility services like EHS and Security

Qualification
-
Experience in Operations, Engineering, Program Management, Facilities Management
-
combined experience in areas of commercial office, engineering and project management with people and budgetary management of which a minimum of 8 years of experience should be around Facilities Management for multiple countries within Asia
-
Interacts well with diverse groups across divisions, maintains strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators and builds effective relationships with key users
-
Possesses interpersonal skills to negotiate and reconcile differences, while optimizing overall divisional goals
-
Ability to execute continuous improvement projects across countries, sites and divisions with tangible outcomes

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, preferably in technical discipline: Engineering, Sciences, and Operations Management
