MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Comply with labor regulations, fire prevention and firefighting (PCCC) rules, and all company policies at the warehouse.

• Print consolidated picking lists and delivery notes for agents, supermarkets, and the sales team.

• Enter, verify, and archive delivery data and related documents.

• Control outbound invoices (VAT invoices).

• Monitor vehicle departure and return times for each trip.

• Report daily delivery status.

• Evaluate and score the performance of the delivery department.

• Process payments for road tolls, parking/terminal fees, loading/unloading, and outsourced vehicle rentals.

• Track attendance and overtime of the delivery team.

• Implement and monitor the Home Delivery program.

• Support the delivery team leader’s tasks when requested.

• Prepare reports related to the delivery department.

• Carry out other tasks assigned by the team supervisor and Warehouse Director.

• Support and cooperate with colleagues in daily work.
