About the role

Job Purpose and Impact:

The Administrative Generalist I, will organize and deliver a wide range of administrative services. In this role, you will ensure efficient operation of the facility or office related to customer requests, inventory and provision management, logistics and security procedures.

  • Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure that facilities or office function correctly.
  • Review inventory and provision periodically to ensure sufficient range of products to meet customer needs in line with the budget.
  • Arrange for timely minor maintenance and repair.
  • Monitor all services to ensure good food hygiene practices are adopted at all times
  • Cooperate in the continuous improvement of company quality, safety and productivity standards.
  • Provide assistance and training to lower level employees.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Good experience in handling government relations affairs. Maintain and constantly improve the quality of government relations and provide effective policy guidance and consultation.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer literate with experience using word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with strong ability to work under pressure.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in government relations affairs.
  • Strong capability in drafting formal documents and reports.
  • Competent in English reading and writing.
