This Position reports to: HR Business Partner

Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Summer Worker to join our team in ABB Robotics Västerås! This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and insights into the fields of Talent Acquisition. As a Summer Worker, you will assist our team with various recruitment tasks and contribute to exciting projects. You'll be part of an inspiring environment where you can develop your knowledge and skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Help create and maintain content for social media platforms, careers pages, and other branding channels
• Assist in creating internal communication content to support employee engagement and talent attraction
• Support the team in tracking and organizing TA data and helping to improve internal TA processes
• Help with various administrative tasks and TA-related activities as needed

Qualifications for the Role

• Completed or ongoing university studies (preferably within HR)
• Strong understanding of both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to collaborate with others and contribute in a dynamic environment
• Good communication skills, with an eye for detail and a high level of organization
