Your role and responsibilities
ABB's Machine Automation division, also known as B&R, is a global supplier of innovative industrial automation technologies. Headquartered in Austria, the organization operates in over 100 locations worldwide. B&R has been part of ABB since 2017.
As a leading global provider of automation solutions, B&R develops, manufactures, and sells industrial electronics, software, and mechatronic solutions, as well as machine and factory automation technologies. Since 2020, B&R’s automation portfolio has also included Codian brand delta robots. With its innovative solutions, B&R sets new standards and consistently exceeds customer expectations.
The person hired for this position will be responsible for developing sales and strengthening the B&R Industrial Automation brand among machine manufacturers (OEMs) within the designated region. The scope of responsibilities includes both acquiring new customers and maintaining as well as further developing cooperation with existing business partners.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Building, maintaining, and developing long-term relationships with existing customers.

Actively acquiring new customers within the following area:(voideships: pomorskie, kujawskopomorskie, zachodniopomorskie and part of: lubuskie and wielkopolskie).

Providing comprehensive technical consulting and selecting appropriate industrial automation products and solutions.

Preparing and presenting commercial offers as well as conducting negotiations.

Delivering product and sales presentations.

Collaborating with internal company departments, particularly the Technical Support, Ordering Department and the Marketing Department.
Qualifications for the role
-
Higher technical education, preferably in industrial automation, electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or related fields.

Technical knowledge in the area of automation and control systems.
-
At least 2 years of experience in selling automation solutions to machine manufacturers or industrial plants and/or experience in sales/integration of control systems or in working with industrial customers.

Knowledge of sales techniques, presentation skills, and negotiation skills will be considered an advantage.

Experience working with CRM systems.
-
English language proficiency allowing for effective communication, and fluent command of Polish.
-
Category B driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
