About the Role
This position reports to: Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
Your role and responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.

Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting the analysis of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions
- Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry competitors and similar businesses within ABB
- Working with management team to understand and analyze drivers of financial performance and identifying market trends
- Preparing financial modeling for various hypotheses and analyzing impact to the organization
- Validating the accuracy of financial data and business information and reporting through reconciliation and review of exceptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years relevant working experience
- Good understanding of USGAAP, PRC GAAP
- Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Proficient knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence and data mining tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving capability
- Result orientation and customer orientation mindset
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in speaking and writing English
