This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.
The work model for the role is: onsite.
This role is contributing to the EL Marketing & Sales Team in China.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Supports a proper implementation and communication of the sales processes, e.g., opportunity to order, quotations process, order handling.

Act as owner of sales related process, collaborate with cross functional teams to understand process bottlenecks and lead optimization projects to address the inconsistency.

Act as the champion of sales tools, e.g., Salesforce, Conga, i Process, Ep site, and a representative of lead business for all tools-related topics in the assigned area.

Collect the business requirements from Sales team about the sales processes and develop new tools accordingly to enhance sales efficiency. Responsible for improvements of all sales tools based on business evaluation to achieve simplification and increase user acceptance.

Set up training framework and collaborate with various teams to organize training sessions to Sales team, e.g., session of product knowledge, sales process and tools, proper communication and updates on issues related to tools development and new functionalities.

Build up and maintain sales documents library, e.g., commercial documents, technical documents, process white paper, tool manual, guidelines, and updates.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in process management or project management, preferably within sales operations.

Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional collaboration projects, with a strong ability to understand business needs, identify process bottlenecks, and drive optimization initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage, influence, and train stakeholders at all levels.

High proficiency in Salesforce; experience with tools like CPQ is a plus.

Experience in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions.

Fluent in English writing and oral is essential.
