Job Description:
About the Role
As a Buyer for Asia Cocoa Products at Mars, you will support the sourcing team in implementing buying strategies and managing supplier relationships within the China & AMEA regions. You will assist with global cocoa financial analysis and help ensure alignment between Responsible Cocoa Allocations and physical sourcing volumes volumes. This role involves close collaboration with regional teams to support smooth procurement operations and contribute to category management.
What We’re Looking For

Around 2 years of experience in commercial or related roles roles

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Passion for supporting value creation through effective sourcing.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing sourcing strategies using Mars tools and frameworks.

Support cocoa financial analysis to ensure accurate forecasting

Help reconcile Responsible Cocoa Allocations to physical volumes, ensuring we deliver against our sustainability commitments

Help implement sourcing strategies within China and the AMEA region.

Collaborate with the Global Category Team and regional buying managers to support procurement activities.

Assist in managing contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance with pricing and service requirements.
