Reports to: Digital Solution Engineering Manager
Work model: Onsite
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and successful onboarding of digital solutions. Each day, you will support the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the ideation workstreams from identifying and validating the needs to defining the development.
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Performing a variety of software engineering tasks in one or more areas of the assigned areas such as software development, software quality engineering, software testing, DevOps, cybersecurity, software release, support and maintenance, and/or release management, with limited supervision
- Testing and troubleshooting the final system setup and ensuring its successful rollout through training and retraining the customers and providing subsequent ongoing support and services
- Ensuring that all required resources are in place to implement software on-time and on-budget
- Contributing to the software product roadmap and portfolio through suggesting new features, functionality, and variants

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent proven experience in software development is also considered
- Solid foundation in application development and analytics, with proven proficiency in multiple programming or scripting languages
- Preferred skills include Python, C#, and Angular (HTML/TypeScript), as well as strong practical experience with SQL
- Creative problem-solving mindset focused on automation and efficiency; familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and Italian
- Any experience in industrial context will be considered a plus
