This Position reports to: Pricing Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies for the relevant division/business unit/product group, to maximize profit and market share, while ensuring customer satisfaction with ABB. Each day, you will follow a robust pricing infrastructure and pricing policies to deliver measurable results. You will also showcase your expertise by providing support for developing effective and efficient standards and special pricing strategy in line with the global division strategy, value, competition, and cost/profit.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Process and SOX controlling: All the special discount quotes checking, releasing into system for OR, etc
• Area sales people supporting: price and rebate policy and process clarification, help to solve the systems error and problems, try to give comments or guidance when they need for all the special situations, control the data strictly and provide data only to relevant person
• Accurate and Prompt Report Work: sales monthly report, sales people appraisal report, distributor/customer performance report, etc
• Implement the Price Policy and Rebate policy requirement from the biz and Audit/Integrity rules
• Support on internal control & audit tracking requirement
• Support on yearly agreements drafting and releasing
• Coordinate with all function teams: Sales, Products, Logistics, Finance, etc

Team Dynamics

• You will join a Pricing Management Dept
• Price deployment team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum of 3~5 years in a statistics, data, or analytical position
• Familiarity with SAP, Sales Force, excel, etc is priority
• Team player
• Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Fluent in English
