Supplier Quality Manager

This Position reports to: Operations Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Manages operational supplier quality, including validating the supplier's quality systems and processes
• Drives approval process for supplier parts, materials, and project subcontractor services, as applicable, involving collaboration with other functions/experts, encompassing activities like Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and product surveillance at supplier manufacturing sites
• Leads in promptly addressing supply issues related to quality, deliveries, non-compliant products, or project services
• Uses supplier quality management tools and systems for collaboration, reporting, monitoring and disposition of quality, delivery, cost, and compliance metrics

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or electrical field, etc.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality function, prefer at supplier quality management
• Knowledge in quality management, analysis/improving tools
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
• Include required languages, licenses, or visa info where applicable
