Your role and responsibilities

You will be managing the creation, update, maintenance, deletion, and delivery of master data while ensuring that it is consistent and trustworthy. You will need to ensure adherence to data policies and standards while participating in programs to optimize business functions through data driven insights.

You will also be providing support for master data management processes within the Business Analytics team but also with the local, regional and global stakeholders of the Service Division.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Define, setup and maintain data sources (manual and automated) and generate routine analytical reports across all business functions to provide insight for decision-making.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to set analytics systems and KPI for organizational performance, data quality metrics, and operational studies.

• Ensure master data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility.

• Develop reporting templates and dashboards customized to different metrics and business requirements, ensuring master data consistency and accuracy for business teams.

• Work with IT specialists to set up data warehouse for long-term analysis and documentation.

• Participate in the development, updating and maintenance of procedures, tools, and metrics related to data governance and system maintenance.

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in data management/analysis, with a proven ability to translate business questions into analytical insights.

• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, with experience in Power BI and excel. SAP knowledge would be an asset.

• Experience with Automation and/or AI, would be considered a strong asset

• Excellent communication skills in English and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business and define analytical requirements.
