About the Role:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Data Manager, bringing your interest in data to help shape and sustain a reliable foundation for supply chain projects. Thanks to your structured approach, you will set up and maintain the data elements that allow information to flow smoothly across activities and tools.

You will take care of keeping data consistent, clean, and easy to access, supporting broader initiatives. Thanks to your involvement, teams will rely on datasets that are dependable for analysis, reporting, and project work.

You will work closely with stakeholders to make sure the data environment supports informed decisions at every stage. Thanks to your understanding of supply chain needs, you will help create conditions where information is clear, usable, and aligned with ongoing and future objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

Project Leadership for Data Automation:

You will lead the data automation project planned for the coming fiscal years, coordinating with IT, business teams, and external partners to support smooth data flows. Thanks to your ability to weigh trade-offs and understand how each deliverable interacts with others, you will develop and guide project activities while keeping both technical and business perspectives in mind.

Data Maintenance and Cross-Project Dependencies:

You will regularly review datasets to detect and correct errors, duplicates, or outdated entries, using automated checks to spot issues such as missing supplier codes or incorrect site names, and build new flows to integrate data. Thanks to your broad view of ongoing initiatives, you will monitor how changes to data structures influence integrations or reports in other projects, helping IT manage these interactions effectively.

Continuous Improvement, Training, and Ethical Use

You will stay informed about new data management policies and share good practices with teams through training and ongoing support, ensuring colleagues feel confident working with the data. Thanks to your careful handling of information, you will apply relevant regulations and internal guidelines, managing access rights and protecting confidentiality when dealing with sensitive topics such as new sites or product launches, while keeping usability in balance.

Ownership, Collaboration, and Data Strategy

You will take responsibility for safeguarding data accuracy, security, and proper usage, anticipating potential risks and coordinating with teams to reduce their impact. Thanks to your collaborative approach, you will translate business needs into data requirements, communicate insights, and develop action plans linked to data quality. You will also contribute to projects involving AI, promoting responsible practices and supporting the organization’s objectives linked to AI awareness and literacy, with the intent to help shape a forward-looking data strategy.

About You:

Thanks to your experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain IT or Planning you will navigate complex topics with ease and bring a practical understanding of how these areas connect. You will also draw value from any background supporting logistics or development projects, as it will help you adapt quickly to ongoing initiatives.

Thanks to your familiarity with data management, governance, and integration, you will contribute to improving the consistency and quality of the information used across teams. You will rely on your strong Excel skills to handle data manipulation, analysis, and reporting, and your exposure to tools such as Coupa (Llamasoft), ETL solutions, or data-visualization platforms will help you work efficiently with technical and business stakeholders.

Your critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and analytical approach will support clear decision-making. With your communication and collaboration abilities, you will engage confidently with colleagues and contribute to a constructive working environment.
