Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Continuous improvement Engineer. You will be responsible for establish a continuous improvement culture in Marking & Sales, improving the efficiency of Marking & Sales system and employee, by optimizing the system, platform, software etc., and using the AI, digital technology.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the EL Marketing & Sales in China**.**
You will be mainly accountable for:
- As the owner of Marking & Sales systems to consult with IT & vendors.
- Collect and analyze system demand and core objectives from the business side. Transform into clear, structured, and actionable requirements for development.
- Digitalize current process and improve productivity by using digital tools or systems.
- Provide training, facilitation support to individuals and teams so that they are better equipped to drive their efforts for themselves.
- Drive transformational projects, within the scope of responsibility, with a hands-on and problem-solving approach on digital application.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry & Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of intelligent manufacturing within the electrical industry, with the ability to support the digital transformation of Sales management by providing robust IT technical support and information security governance. Strong familiarity with Sales systems and tools (e.g., CRM, BW, Power BI).
- Project & Process Management: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector, with a focus on electrification. Proven ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong multitasking capabilities. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- System Operations & Support: Experience in maintaining and monitoring existing information systems to ensure stable, secure, and continuous operation.
- Soft Skills & Additional Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Hands-on experience in AI application projects is highly preferred.
