Position Overview
Reports to: Sales Support Manager
Work Model: Onsite
Location: Xiamen, China
Business Unit: EL-ELDS: Distribution Solutions
Main Stakeholders: ELDS
About the Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist local unit in developing the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems. Each day, you will ensure compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements within a cost-effective and safe working environment. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the development and implementation of standards and test methods to ensure only compliant products, software, and services are released to the customer.
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Support Daily Tender and Project quotation, coordinate the resource from multi-function for generating offering, technical/commercial support and related activities
- Implement the local go-to–market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
- Achieve product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
- Execute annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups
- Prepare business plans focused on business development for a defined market
- Coordinate market analyses with Sales team members and define appropriate forecasts and plans
- Evaluate and share customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Oversee sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s)
- Drive sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each salesperson
- Facilitate know-how sharing and cross-collaboration

Qualifications
- B.Sc. or above degree preferably on electrical or mechanical
- More than 3 years' working experience in the industry of MV & Low voltage products, be familiar with MV&LV products and system
- More than 1 years' experience on engineering design, project management, product management, service, or market/Sales development
- Experience of Segment or Key account management/marketing preferred
- Strong determination, perseverance, cross-cultural sensitivity
- Very good sense of customer support, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skill
- Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Be Proactive, high level of self-motivation, self-starter
