This position reports to the Category Manager in our Electrification Business, Smart Buildings Business Line, located in Santa Palomba. This is an onsite role where you'll support the implementation, maintenance and compliance of Procurement activities.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You will be accountable for:
- Maintain a tool to ensure constant price updates for purchased components
- Contribute to a new project dedicated to spare parts and indirect materials
- Utilize SAP systems to manage source lists, master data, and system updates
- Analyze inventory trends, communicating findings and key performance metrics
- Assist with the creation and updating of reports as required
- Conduct supplier visits to ensure quality and compliance
- Support the identification of process areas for improvement

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Management Engineering or Economics
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of Power BI
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
