Your role and responsibilities
Responsible for the operation of production line equipment to ensure working properly, simple troubleshooting. 负责生产线设备操作,保证设备正常运行,简单故障排除.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Meet operational requirements within the specified training time; 在规定的培训时间内达到操作要求.
- Strictly comply with manufacturing process document and any exception shall report to the supervisor; 严格按照生产流程文件操作,如有特殊情况应向主管汇报.
- Report all near miss in time and achieve “zero accident” target. Responsible for 5S on-site management; 及时报告安全隐患, 以达到 公司“无安全事故”的目标; 负责所在工作区域5S工作.
- Save production material and eliminate waste. Actively participate in team projects and put forward good suggestions rationalization;节省生产原材料,减少浪费; 团队合作,主动提出好建议.
Qualifications for the role:
- Technical secondary school and above. 中专、技校及以上学历
- Engaged in the electronics factory, 1 year or above related working experience is preferred. 从事过电子厂工作,有1年或以上相关经验者优先考虑
