Facilities & Maintenance Manager:

Position Description

Responsible for diagnosing problems in machinery and production equipment.

Essential Duties

• Conduct maintenance inspections including troubleshooting, adjustments, redesign, repair, and installation of equipment
• Perform maintenance work requiring a high degree of manual and technical skills
• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, among others)
• Provide technical support to maintenance personnel
• Demonstrate basic knowledge in PLC (troubleshooting and adjustments)
• Perform general work assignments delegated by your supervisor
• Responsible for housekeeping of your work area
• Report to supervisor immediately any unsafe work conditions or accidents
• Perform other tasks as required by your supervisor

Requirements and Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Electronic and/or Electrical Technology, preferred, accredited by PR and/or EU
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
• Qualified in LOTO
• Knowledge and interpretation of blueprints
• Knowledge of manual and/or electrical tools and equipment
• Customer service focused
• English and Spanish communication skills
• Comply with established attendance and punctuality standards
• Maintain good work habits
• Comply with Quality standards, practices and regulations, including ISO 9001; HSE, including ISO 14001; and Human Resources policies, Employee Manual, Attendance Policy, Code of Conduct, among others
