This Position reports to: Production Engineering Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Responsible for handling daily process issues in the aluminum casting workshop and rotor machining workshop to ensure normal production operation
  • Responsible for daily process digestion in the rotor workshop and interpretation of engineering technology changes
  • Manage on-site tooling, molds, and tool ledgers, capable of designing and drawing simple tooling
  • Responsible for updating operation manuals, providing training, and measuring working hours

Qualifications for the Role

  • College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical or Automation
  • Can use AutoCAD, Excel, and Solidworks to draw simple drawings
  • Experience in casting aluminum or die-casting motor rotors is preferred
  • Strong hands-on ability
  • Strong learning ability
