In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the enablement and maturity of Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice across the organization by establishing community of practice and working groups that foster collaboration, transparency, and value delivery by usage of EA tools and practices. This role ensures that EA practices are embedded into the organization’s operating model, supporting digital transformation and business agility. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Architecture and has two people reporting into it.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Establishing governance processes for enablement streams, compliance, and decision-making.
• Developing and maintaining a central EA repository and ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Leading initiatives to strengthen the EA community through training, knowledge sharing, and collaboration platforms.
• Promoting adoption of EA tools (e.g., Ardoq) to ensure effective onboarding and usage across domains. Acting as a champion for the EA repository and toolset.
• Assessing EA practice maturity and defining roadmaps for continuous improvement and implementing KPIs and metrics to measure EA value delivery and practice effectiveness.
• Development of strategy and governance of EA artifacts.
• Supporting capability mapping and integration with business and technology strategies.
• Facilitating workshops, forums, and Communities of Practice to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications for the role

• 8+ years in Enterprise Architecture or related roles, with at least 3 years in practice enablement or governance
• Proven experience in implementing EA frameworks, tools, and governance processes in a global organization
• Strong understanding of EA domains (business, application, data, technology)
• Familiarity with architecture modeling tools (e.g., Ardoq, Archi Mate)
• TOGAF or equivalent EA framework certification preferred
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinking combined with execution focus
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
