Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Working in Identity Access Management area of Security, Risk and Compliance department, you will help internal customers from across the globe in streamlining and simplifying their access governance processes by using enterprise tools and solutions. Each day, you will use your analytical skills to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process.

This role is contributing to the Security, Risk and Compliance organization globally. Main stakeholders are CISO of ABB group and Security Leads of all ABB Business Areas, as well as IS Service Owners and Operations Managers of applications operating globally.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Providing business analysis, supplying technical and business process expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.

• Collecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.

• Applying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities.

• Conducting advanced modelling activities for significant change programs.

Qualifications for the role

• Proven analytical background, analytical thinking and problem solving.

• Ability to demonstrate your experience in translating business requirements into technical capabilities and solutions.

• Experience in Identity and Access Management field is a strong plus.

• Experience with leading IGA market solutions is a strong plus.

• Ability to utilize modern technology (including AI) in day-to-day activities.

• Fluent communication in English is essential.
