About the Role

This position reports to the Local Sales Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and coordinate key aspects of project execution and commissioning of LV and MV equipment on-site, ensuring compliance with ABB's and customer standards, procedures, and policies. Each day, you will act as the single point of contact for the customer during project execution, ensuring technical accuracy, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans versus actual performance and support corrective actions with key stakeholders
• Prepare technical materials, solutions, and cost updates in SAP or other project control systems
• Ensure accuracy of project documentation, invoicing requests, and compliance with agreed procedures
• Coordinate with project teams to secure on-time, on-budget delivery of internal projects
• Identify opportunities to optimize project scope, solutions, and after-project services

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Valid electrical safety certification for medium voltage (VK) installations is required; eligibility to obtain AK is a strong advantage
• Experience in project management or technical project coordination
• Skilled in technical support, project planning, and customer communication
• Skilled in process optimization, safety, and compliance
• Driving license B
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English allows seamless collaboration across teams and markets
• Apply structured problem-solving methods to deliver solutions that meet customer needs

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: 3500 EUR per month (final salary depends on qualifications and experience)
