This Position reports to:

Regional Marketing & Sales Manager, APAC

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function.

The work model for the role is: #Li-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building in Indonesia.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.

  • Leading the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).

  • Overseeing the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team.

  • Defining key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.

  • Qualifications for the role- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is often preferred

  • Around 8–10 years of professional experience, with at least several years in a management role within an international company environment.

  • Strong background in Electrification markets, preferably Medium Voltage equipment and smart building/smart power solutions.

  • Proven track record in driving growth, developing sales strategies, and executing marketing plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, take ownership, and drive organizational change and innovation.

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
