Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms. Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Robotics business in Sesto San Giovanni.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Initiate Purchase Orders (POs) in the system according to purchase requisitions and standard procedures.

• Confirm delivery with suppliers while monitoring and tracking supplier performance against PO requirements.

• Analyze and evaluate bids to determine optimal value.

• Track goods received to verify delivery accuracy and facilitate invoice processing.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications for the role

• High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

• Fluent in Italian with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Strong teamwork skills, analytical and detail-oriented fast learner.
