This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
As Planning & Fulfillment Manager you will lead own team (Subdepartments: Planning, WIL, Customer Care) and collaborate with other departments to assure material availability and achieve high on-time delivery to customers.

The work model for the role is onsite.

This role is contributing to Business Area Electrification, Smart Buildings division, product group Critical Power.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading teams with a focus on production planning, internal logistics, warehouse and custom clearance. Ensuring that the own team is properly organized, staffed, and skilled and directed. Guides and develops direct and indirect subordinates

• Monitoring of production requirements and coordination with production team to ensure correct priority and execution of customer orders

• Coordinating an appropriate response to unplanned events (escalation of missing material, shifts organization, ensuring back-ups in case of absent employees)

• Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Qualifications for the role- At least Bachelor’s degree and preferably 3 - 5 years of experience in similar position

• Experience in managing a team will be considered as an advantage

• Fluency of Bulgarian is a must, mandatory good practice written and verbal communication in English

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP (SAP)

• Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented
