Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of HSE, Fire Protection, Environmental, and Quality Management across our organization.

• Oversee the areas of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), Fire Protection, Environmental Protection, and Quality Management in line with legislation and internal standards

• Identify and eliminate risks, and set up systems that are practical and effective

• Cooperate with management and help them understand their responsibilities in HSE and Quality

• Monitor compliance and participate in audits (ISO, compliance)

• Investigate workplace accidents and improve preventive measures

• Prepare reports and data to support decision-making

• Contribute to continuous improvement in safety and quality processes

Salary: From €2,900/month + variable component

The stated salary represents the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The final base salary will be determined based on your experience, skills, expertise, and overall profile.

Qualifications for the role

• You have at least 3 years of experience in HSE / Fire Protection / Environmental Protection / Quality Management

• Secondary or university education (HSE, Fire Protection, or technical field is an advantage)

• You understand legislation and can translate it into practice

• You are confident communicating with management and able to push things forward

• You are fluent in English and Slovak

• You can work independently but also collaborate across teams

• Certification as a Safety Technician and Fire Protection Technician

• Internal ISO Auditor certification (9001, 14001, 45001, SCC) is an advantage
