Job Description:
Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be joining a team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.
Locations: Bratislava, Slovakia
Start Date : June or July 2026
What you’ll do:
- You will support team members in making business critical decisions effecting both strategy and pricing
- You will actively participate in meetings with regional stakeholders, collecting product road-map information to ensure local teams have the most recent information to sell HPE products
- You will actively manage one or more business initiatives end to end from incubation to execution
- You will compile and analyze data that will be utilized to make critical business decisions
- You will provide quoting/pricing support for sales leaders and customers while protecting sales profits
- You will track contract/project deadlines assuring all deadlines are met
- You will proactively identify and assist with developing market relevant business initiatives and sales/marketing campaigns for our products and services
- You will support the business on channel engagements with distributors and partners to nurture the eco-system for focus products and solutions
What you’ll need:
- Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in 2025 or 2026 with a focus in Business, Management, Economics, or related
- Up to 12 months of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Slovak
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
- Data interpretation (spotting trends, patterns, gaps)
- Forecasting & demand analysis
- Basic understanding of Power BI
