Role Overview
Reports to: Operations Manager
Work model: Onsite
Business Area: Electrification, Smart Buildings division, product group Critical Power
Your Role and Responsibilities
As Planning & Fulfillment Manager you will lead own team (Subdepartments: Planning, WIL, Customer Care) and collaborate with other departments to assure material availability and achieve high on-time delivery to customers.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading teams with a focus on production planning, internal logistics, warehouse and custom clearance
- Ensuring that the own team is properly organized, staffed, and skilled and directed
- Guiding and developing direct and indirect subordinates
- Monitoring of production requirements and coordination with production team to ensure correct priority and execution of customer orders
- Coordinating an appropriate response to unplanned events (escalation of missing material, shifts organization, ensuring back-ups in case of absent employees)
- Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's degree and preferably 3 - 5 years of experience in similar position
- Experience in managing a team will be considered as an advantage
- Fluency of Bulgarian is a must, mandatory good practice written and verbal communication in English
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP (SAP)
- Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented
