Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Managing small, medium, and occasionally large projects.

Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective communication, and smooth project execution.

Overseeing internal purchase order processes, including SAP approvals and order handling, and addressing one of the role’s current key challenges.

Working primarily with mining-sector projects in Chile and Peru, with some customers in Oil & Gas, involving low‑voltage panels (MNS) and busway systems.
-
Reviewing technical drawings and equipment descriptions, correcting minor discrepancies and escalating major issues to the factory for modification.
Mandatory skills for this role:
-
Minimum of 5 years of project experience, either in a supporting/key role or directly contributing to project execution; at least 2 years as a Project Manager.

Proficiency in MS Project or other Project Management software.

Strong communication skills, high energy, leadership, and problem‑solving capabilities.
-
Technical or engineering background with solid knowledge; preferably in Electrical engineering.

Native or fluent Spanish level, as well as fluent English.
Additional Requirements:

Experience with low voltage electrical panels and busways is desired.
-
PMI certification is desired.
-
Willingness to travel around 20 to 30% of the time.
