Position Information

Reports to: Sales Manager

Position: 销售工程师

Responsibilities

1. 负责传动公司产品在河北省的销售工作
2. 负责新客户、新应用的开发，特别是OEM业务，制定合理的销售计划和客户拜访计划
3. 建立和完善本地区的渠道销售网络，加强本地区的市场覆盖，填补空白的省内市场，支持合作伙伴开展业务
4. 建立和保持与现有及潜在客户的关系，及时解决客户急需和关心的各种问题
5. 对合作伙伴及客户进行产品培训及技术支持
6. 愿意承担额外分配的相关任务
7. 市场调研，全面掌握传动产品在河北省各地区的市场情况，制定相关的市场开发计划并及时向上级汇报客户反馈信息、竞争对手情况及市场变化信息
8. 把握行业动向，了解行业需求、工艺及各种应用
9. 完成领导交办的其他工作，协助公司收集产品信息，促进产品改进及完善

Requirements

• 大学本科及以上学历，理工科背景，电气自动化、电气工程、机电一体化等专业毕业
• 运动控制产品销售背景，有OEM技术或销售经验优先
• 运动控制产品的项目设计、应用、调试经验
• 性格开朗稳定，能够承受压力，乐于与客户沟通，适应经常出差，学习能力和团队精神
