Reports to: Production Supervisor

Work Model: On site

Location: Xiamen, China

Department: EL-ELDS-DSSWIT: Instrument Transformers & Sensors (ITS)

Main Stakeholders: ELDS

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize production processes, develop work instructions, and conduct employee training
  • Analyze and resolve production issues to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Continuously improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and production technologies
  • Optimize product manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and quality
  • Design and follow up on tooling improvements for product enhancements
  • Participate in equipment introduction and technological upgrades

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Office software, Solid Works, and AutoCAD
  • Strong English listening, speaking, and writing skills
  • Excellent learning ability, communication skills, logical analysis capabilities, and strong stress tolerance
