Position Overview

Reports to: Group Manager O&G, CH&R

Work Model: Hybrid

Region: Qatar & Middle East

This role contributes to the Process Automation Energy Industries in Qatar & Middle East region.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines
• Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers
• Work with customers to identify opportunities in the installed base to improve system performance and operational performance
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectations
• Ensure customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations
• Take actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB, in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams
• Coach technicians and engineers and supervise complex site activities

Qualifications

• Highly skilled in ABB 800xA and/or S+ with Harmony / Infi90, PMS & IEC 61850, AC800M HI and/or Advant systems in the Energy Industries sector markets
• More than eight years of experience in Process Automation with ABB Products mentioned above
• Superior knowledge in preferably all the specified systems / platforms (enhanced knowledge in remaining ones)
• Passionate about building strong collaboration and cooperating tightly with targeted end-customers to provide on-site services
• Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering
• At ease communicating in English
