As a Sr. Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading advanced engineering projects that drive innovation and enhance our aerospace technologies. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Brno, Czechia location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful execution of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will be part of SATCOM team and work on products like Aspire 350 or JWX.

    Key responsibilities:Lead and manage advanced engineering projects to ensure successful execution and delivery.Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Performing monthly variance analysis to cost and schedule baseline. Make initial recommendations to the Program Manager and the team as it pertains to root cause / corrective action, as well as short term impacts to financial forecast and milestone fidelity.Regularly reporting to leadership and customers regarding the status of projects. This includes addressing critical items, identifying risks, and outlining any assistance required.
