This Position reports to: Maintenance Supervisor Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources.

Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

The work model for the role is:

You will be mainly accountable for: Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities.

Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.

Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.

Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.
