You are energized by tackling ambiguous and unstructured challenges, combining intellectual curiosity with a strong drive to learn, improve, and create impact. You know how to simplify complexity, prioritize effectively, and make sound trade-offs in environments where perfect data is not always available.

You have a proven track record of leading critical workstreams within strategy development, transformation, or implementation projects, delivering measurable outcomes. You are comfortable guiding and constructively challenging teams across functions, regions, and seniority levels, even without formal reporting lines.

You communicate with clarity and confidence, both verbally and in writing, and can translate complex topics into compelling messages, presentations, and executive discussions. You thrive in international, matrixed, and increasingly digital work environments.

A genuine interest in industrial markets, technology-led businesses, and global growth environments will be a strong advantage.
