Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, Sports and Live, YouTube

Manage assigned sports content partners (e.g., best practices for programming, quarterly business reviews, etc.).

Support partner activation events.

Collaborate with a broad range of constituents, particularly in creators, product, and marketing, and with external partners.

Understand industry trends and market insights.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
7 years of experience in a business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking role that is in the sports or TV/media industry, including experience with the content distribution ecosystem for sporting events (e.g., licensed content, content programming strategies and creators).

Experience in partnerships, business development, and agreement negotiations, with partners from different regions and environments including multi-stakeholder projects.

Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally for partner meetings and activation events.
