This position reports to: TA Partner

Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures aligned with Group guidance, policy and procedures
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
- Be an integral part of our team and take full responsibility for the entire recruitment process including kick-offs with hiring managers, candidate selection, communication, interviews and offer negotiations
- Participate meaningfully in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
- Recommend new practices, processes or policies to improve HR function
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is essential
- Ability to understand and empathize with different perspectives to build strong stakeholder relationships
- High level of initiative, structured working methods and joined-up thinking
- Demonstrated knowledge of interview methodologies and the Swiss labor market
- A solution-focused approach, effective written and spoken communication skills
- A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline
- Fluency in English and German
