Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures aligned with Group guidance, policy and procedures
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
• Be an integral part of our team and take full responsibility for the entire recruitment process including kick-offs with hiring managers, candidate selection, communication, interviews and offer negotiations
• Participate meaningfully in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
• Recommend new practices, processes or policies to improve HR function

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is essential
• Ability to understand and empathize with different perspectives to build strong stakeholder relationships
• High level of initiative, structured working methods and joined-up thinking
• Demonstrated knowledge of interview methodologies and the Swiss labor market
• A solution-focused approach, effective written and spoken communication skills
• A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline
• Fluency in English and German
