职位描述：

我们正在寻找一名积极主动、注重细节的HR实习生，加入我们的团队，为核心HR运营项目提供关键支持。你将获得在HR数据、流程优化和项目管理方面的实战经验。

• 参与支持HR运营方面的日常工作，包括但不限于数据收集/处理、文档制作、组织协调、沟通宣传等。

• 项目支持： 协助整理项目文档、跟踪进度、准备会议材料。

• 数据管理： 协助进行员工转移项目中的数据核对与清理，制定数据报告。

• 系统测试： 参与标准化流程和相关系统功能测试。

• 沟通协助： 支持起草内部项目通知，解答员工基本咨询。

• 其他HR相关工作任务。

职位要求：

• 本科或硕士在校生，专业不限，热爱HR职能工作

• 熟练运用Office办公软件

• 英语流利 积

• 极主动，细致耐心，团队协作，责任感强

• 一周可以实习3-5天
