Position Overview

• This Position reports to: EL Sales Support Manager
• Configuration

职责描述

• 协助销售团队完成资格预审文件及投标文件的编制工作
• 负责公司投标资质文件的维护管理，持续及时地更新各类资质证书的有效期
• 跨部门沟通协调，获取投标项目所需的各类相关文件及佐证材料，确保满足不同投标项目的要求

主要岗位职责

• 熟悉公司业务与产品，依据公司投标政策及招标文件要求，准确高效地编制投标文件
• 收集、整理并筛选项目相关资料（如公司业绩、成功案例、技术文件等），将其整合纳入投标文件，突出公司优势及与项目的契合度
• 制定详细投标方案，明确销售、技术、商务等相关方的职责分工，并跟进后续落地执行
• 负责投标文件的排版、打印及装订工作

岗位要求

• 大专或以上学历
• 三年以上相关工作经验，具备独立完成投标项目的成功案例
• 熟练的英语阅读能力
• 精通招投标流程及投标文件编制规范
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神
• 工作细致负责，具备较强的时间管理能力与抗压能力
