Position Overview

Reports to: Technical Training Manager

Au sein de notre Centre de formation agréé, vous élaborez le matériel et le contenu de formations techniques en robotique (supports traditionnels, tablettes, e-learning). Vous intervenez auprès de nos clients sur notre site de formation ou directement sur site client. À ce poste, vous supervisez les projets de formation Robotique en France et participez aux projets globaux de formations ABB. Vous définissez des directives, des tâches et des étapes claires, tout en motivant les formateurs et en assurant un suivi et un retour d'information réguliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Préparer et dispenser les formations : Animer les formations en salle ou sur site client, assurer le suivi post-formation (évaluation, collecte des retours, ajustements des supports et équipements)
  • Garantir la sécurité des formations : Assurer des conditions de travail sûres pour les participants, dans le respect des consignes de sécurité ABB et/ou client
  • Concevoir et maintenir les supports pédagogiques : Élaborer, mettre à jour et améliorer le matériel de formation, y compris les contenus e-learning, les descriptions de cours et les programmes
  • Piloter et développer l'offre de formation : Participer à l'élargissement de l'offre de formations, notamment à destination de l'Éducation nationale, et proposer de nouvelles méthodes pédagogiques (digital, e-learning, virtual learning)
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les centres ABB : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables produits, chefs de projets, équipes d'ingénierie, commerciaux et autres centres de formation ABB afin de mutualiser les besoins
  • Innover et anticiper les évolutions technologiques : Proposer et mener des projets innovants en équipe, anticiper les nouvelles technologies de formation et adapter l'approche pédagogique aux profils des stagiaires

Required Qualifications

  • Formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 dans le domaine de la robotique et de l'automatisme, complétée par une spécialisation web ou digitale
  • Expérience opérationnelle terrain
  • Excellent relationnel et leadership affirmé
  • Capacité à fédérer les formateurs autour de nouveaux projets
  • Excellentes compétences pédagogiques, sens de l'écoute et orientation satisfaction client
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Aisance dans un environnement international
  • Pratique courante de l'anglais requise
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers en France
