Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide financial expertise to the organization. Each day, you will compile and analyze metrics, identify trends and problems, and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific Marketing, Sales, or Service organization, as applicable.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELSB/ELSP Marketing & Sales Finance Commercial in Xiamen China. Main stakeholders are Regional Sales/Sales Manager, Commercial Operation, FAO.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Manage accounts receivable collection for assigned sales regions; ensure timely receipt, confirmation, and recording of all customer payments, advance payments, refunds, and BAD; maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records in accounting systems
  • Conduct regular follow-up on overdue customer accounts
  • Conduct annual credit limit reviews for all assigned customers, assess and recommend appropriate temporary credit limit adjustments to support business growth while managing financial risk, evaluate customer creditworthiness and payment history to inform credit decisions
  • Support Operation on delivery block and related operational financial support
  • Coordinate monthly license fee billing and communicate billing information with relevant departments
  • Providing information to the management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Conduct periodic annual Distributor risk assessment reviews(GRR)
  • Support special projects and initiatives related to customer credit, AR, or financial operations
  • Assist with process improvements, system implementations, or policy enhancements
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives

  • Qualifications for the role
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting is required.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the areas of business, finance commercial, accounts receivable management, credit management, etc.
  • High motivation to work in dynamic environment with orientation towards process improvement/simplification with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong cross function coordination skills, good teamwork spirit, problem-solving skill.
  • A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills is a plus
  • English proficiency in reading and written, spoken is preferred.
