This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Soft Bank is a globally recognized technology group and investor/operator focused on AI, robotics, and next-generation computing. Position Overview

Reports to: Sales Manager

Mission Statement: Drive profitable sales growth in Auto Tier1 market. Develop, implement, and manage the global/local account strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems.

Responsibilities

  • Extend and penetrate business with current global and local key accounts
  • Explore and develop new customers, switch customers and system integrators from competitors, mainly in automotive metal structure parts, such as new energy vehicle (NEV) battery, battery tray, chassis, etc.
  • Establish « Roadmaps » per offering (Robots, Robot Cells, Full Turn-key Solutions and Customer Service) for the end customers and system integrators
  • Be responsible to deliver the annual sales target in terms of value and margin, drive sustainable business growth
  • Monitor and analyze the competition in the market and collect market status and trend
  • Complete the necessary reporting documents and tasks required by the company timely

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience, especially in NEV industry
  • Proactive, outgoing and aggressive, teamwork spirit
  • Fluency in reading and writing in English is preferred
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office software
  • Must be willing to travel extensively
