We are looking for a new position of Technical Support Specialist for the Engineering team of high-voltage switchgear in Brno on Vídeňská.

We are looking for a candidate who is very well versed in technical documents, works carefully and can translate professional information into a clear and understandable form. A candidate who is interested in constantly improving processes and will be a support for other designers in the team. This role, which is a key part of our Engineering department in 🅰️🅱️🅱️, includes creating design processes, managing the implementation agenda, communicating with the customer and much more. We are looking for a motivated candidate who will participate in the development of new products and will look for the most effective possible solutions for our customers. Are you the one? What will your task be:

• Maintaining and developing the know-how of custom designers and DTO designers, including unifying technical rules and standards

• Creating and developing design processes in cooperation with technical specialists (design, programming of protections)

• Ensuring a uniform work methodology across the design area and its long-term maintenance

• Definition and methodological management of KPIs in the area of quality and productivity, including measurement and evaluation rules

• Professional and methodological support for designers in solving complex technical and process issues

• Transfer of best practices and coordination across teams in order to increase efficiency and technical level

Who are we looking for:

• A person with experience in the field of mechanical design

• University education in electrical/mechanical engineering is a prerequisite

• Knowledge of the work of a custom and DTO designer

• Experience in preparing design drawings, working with SAP, Soldi Works

• Czech and English at a communicative level (daily communication – written and telephone), min. B2.
