As a Product Marketing Specialist, ELSP, you'll take on challenges that transform industries and drive innovation. Reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Own the challenge and take on the journey within the regional sales organization
  • Identify the best technical and cost-effective solutions and assist in the preparation of complex proposals
  • Provide technical support during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations
  • Provide training on products, solutions and services
  • Manage liaison with the Microsoft engineering team in Singapore on a priority basis
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals based on customer specifications, regional LVS plant instructions, and sales organization guidelines
  • Participate in kick-off meetings organized by the project
  • Define the cost of the proposed solution and communicate it to the sales organization
  • Provide necessary information for risk reviews and participate in risk assessments as needed
  • Analyze customer needs and competitive proposals through general market information and information provided by the sales organization
  • Analyze lost proposals, identify possible causes, and recommend future improvements in collaboration with the Sales / LVS LPG team
  • Formulate traditional and digital solutions tailored to LVS strategic customers in assigned region
  • Work to develop new LVS solutions that address market needs and support front line sales in promoting solutions and expanding the market
  • Create and provide training and promotional materials to effectively communicate new solutions to frontline sales and target customers
  • Work with sales and the LVS LPG team to analyze lost proposals, improve future proposals, and increase market competitiveness
  • Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future

Qualifications

  • University degree or higher
  • At least 3 years of direct sales and marketing experience in low voltage systems and products
  • In-depth knowledge of low voltage systems and products
  • Japanese: JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language
  • English: Must be fluent in English
  • A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
