Votre mission

Vous pilotez le développement du segment Data Centers en France, de la définition de la stratégie à l'obtention de projets. Vous structurez la proposition de valeur ABB, animez le marché, développez les comptes clés et assurez la croissance du chiffre d'affaires tout en garantissant la satisfaction clients.

Vos responsabilités clés

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie de développement du marché Data Centers
  • Construire et exécuter les business plans du segment
  • Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux (CA, revenus, pipeline projets) et assurer le reporting
  • Analyser les tendances du marché, la concurrence et recommander des ajustements stratégiques
  • Identifier et développer les comptes clés et relations investisseurs / exploitants
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes ventes, marketing et groupe
  • Déployer des actions de communication, promotion et formation
  • Identifier et structurer des partenariats stratégiques
  • Représenter ABB au sein de l'écosystème Data Center en France
  • Intégrer les exigences QSE et les enjeux de durabilité (décarbonation, circularité)

Votre profil

  • Bac +4/5 (commerce ou équivalent)
  • Expérience confirmée d'au moins 8 ans en développement commercial / vente B2B, idéalement dans des Data Centers ou environnements industriels
  • Anglais courant indispensable
  • Solide culture business, aisance avec les outils CRM et digitaux
