This Position reports to: Maintenance Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct all activities related to the handling of parts and semi-finished or final products in the warehouse or to/from the production line. Each day, you will be responsible for sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by performing other routine activities according to established procedures.
The work model for the role is: Onsite. This role is contributing to the Smart Power division in Bergamo.
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Managing receipt and dispatch of materials/control of material arrival, notification and sorting at the respective requesting offices and various warehouses, management of dispatch notes
- Managing material/equipment storage warehouses (internal and external) also by means of dedicated software and hardware applications (use of tablets, PCs and dedicated tools)
- Managing company car fleet/reservations, such as maintenance scheduling, expiry checks, coupons, tax stamps, insurance, issue of purchase requests
- Managing differentiated waste collection activities Bergamo plants
Qualifications
- You hold a technical, commercial Diploma or a bachelor degree
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Nice to have: basic of knowledge of SAP
- You have a very good knowledge of Italian and a basic knowledge of English
- Results orientation, respect for deadlines, teamwork, good communication skills and ability to adapt
