This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Soft Bank is a globally recognized technology group and investor/operator focused on AI, robotics, and next-generation computing. About the Role

At ABB Robotics Slovakia, we are looking for an experienced sales professional who wants to sell cutting-edge robotic solutions and see real results behind their work.

Responsibilities

  • Create and develop a sales strategy with clear, measurable results
  • Sell customized products and complex solutions in robotics and automation
  • Actively identify new business opportunities and build relationships with new customers
  • Cooperate with the application team on technical solutions and prepare price offers
  • Work with the CRM system to keep full visibility over customers and opportunities
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and customer events
  • Monitor market trends and developments in automation
  • Represent ABB Robotics externally with confidence and professionalism

What We Expect From You

  • Experience in selling technical solutions (minimum 5 years)
  • Independence, healthy self-confidence and fair, open communication
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and close deals successfully
  • Professional level of Slovak and English at least at B1 level
  • Driving license category B and willingness to travel

Compensation

Salary: From 2,000 EUR/month + variable component

The stated salary represents the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The final base salary will be adjusted based on your experience, skills, expertise and individual profile.
